The Company has adopted the Model Code for Securities Transactions by Directors of Listed Issuers as set out in Appendix C3 to the Listing Rules (the "Model Code") for the purpose of the code of conduct regarding directors' securities transactions. During the Corporate Governance Reporting Period, all Directors have duly complied with the Model Code.
